Welcome to Safdar Solutions, Pakistan's premier multi-vendor marketplace. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Platform Services

Safdar Solutions provides a platform that connects buyers and sellers in Pakistan. Our services include:

Multi-Vendor Marketplace: A platform where registered users can create stores and sell products to customers across Pakistan.

Dropshipping Services: Tools and support for users who want to sell products without maintaining inventory.

Affiliate Marketing: An affiliate program that allows users to earn commissions by promoting products and referring new users.

We facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers but are not directly involved in the sale of products.

User Responsibilities

All users must comply with Pakistani laws and our platform policies:

Account Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated.

Prohibited Activities: You may not use our platform for illegal activities, fraud, spam, or selling prohibited items.

Respectful Conduct: You must treat other users, customers, and our support team with respect and professionalism.

Intellectual Property: You must respect the intellectual property rights of others and not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or patents.

Seller Obligations

If you operate a store on our platform, you agree to:

Product Accuracy: Provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all products you list.

Order Fulfillment: Process and ship orders promptly according to the timelines you specify.

Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Monthly Fees: Pay the required monthly subscription fees to maintain your store's active status.

Quality Standards: Maintain high standards for product quality and customer satisfaction.

Account Management

Important policies regarding your account:

Account Inactivity: User accounts will be automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity to maintain platform security and performance.

Account Deletion: You can delete your account from the account settings page. When you delete your account, all earnings, store data, and products will be permanently removed.

Store Deletion: If you have a store, deleting your account will permanently remove your store and all its products from the platform.

Store Policies

Store owners must comply with additional policies:

Store Bans: If your store is banned more than 3 times for policy violations, your store will be permanently banned from the platform.

Monthly Fees: Store owners must pay monthly subscription fees to maintain active status. Failure to pay may result in store suspension.

Compliance: All stores must comply with Pakistani laws and our platform policies regarding product listings and customer service.

Commission and Earnings

Our commission and bonus structure works as follows:

Direct Sales Commission: You earn commission on direct sales, which can be withdrawn once you reach the minimum threshold of Rs. 250.

Direct Sales Bonus: Direct sales bonuses are not yours until you reach Rs. 25,000 in total direct sales. Once this threshold is met, the bonus becomes available for withdrawal.

Team Sales Commission: You earn commission on your team's sales, which can be withdrawn once you reach the minimum threshold of Rs. 60.

Team Sales Bonus: Team sales bonuses are not yours until you reach Rs. 25,000 in total team sales. Once this threshold is met, the bonus becomes available for withdrawal.

Withdrawal Policy: All earnings and bonuses are subject to our withdrawal policies and minimum thresholds as outlined above.

Platform Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access:

Service Availability: We aim for high uptime but may experience occasional maintenance or technical issues.

Updates and Changes: We may update our platform features, policies, or terms with appropriate notice to users.

Limitation of Liability

Safdar Solutions provides the platform "as is" and our liability is limited:

Platform Role: We are a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by third-party sellers.

Dispute Resolution: While we may assist with dispute mediation, the primary responsibility for resolving issues lies with the buyer and seller.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Pakistani law:

Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes will be resolved under Pakistani law in the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab.

Dispute Resolution: We encourage users to resolve disputes directly or through our mediation services before pursuing legal action.
